Birthday Cake Coloring Need A Good Birthday Cake Recipe That Is Seasonal And Appropriate For A 49 Year Old.?

Need a good birthday cake recipe that is seasonal and appropriate for a 49 year old.? - birthday cake coloring

the anniversary of my mother this weekend and I want to bake a birthday cake for her from scratch. Summer, I would like something more on the side of light. Perhaps, strawberries ... but not Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake, lol. There is a restaurant where I live that sells this amazing cake, but can not find a recipe close to him. It is a light pastel color covered with strawberries and whipped cream covered with a glaze of Che. Thanks for any help!

It is really a cheesecake, perect for a summer dessert. You can use fresh strawberries in overcoming their top-notch service if you wish.

Katie's Cheesecake
1 (3 oz) package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 can Carnation milk, well chilled
Graham crackers, crushed

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Refrigerator until the mixture is slightly thickened.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in a blender until frothy. Add thickened Jell-O well, and beat.

In a bowl, beat the Carnation milk until fluffy. Add the cream cheese / mixed Jell-O and plays well with a bat.

Bottom Line 9 x 13 pan with crushed graham crackers.

Spread the filling on more crushed Graham crackers. Churchill
