Am I considered skinny, healthy/average, overweight? HELP!? - average bmi chart europe
OK, I'm like 5 feet 6.5 cm and weighs 137th I know that I am as healthy / average on a table in BMI, but the graphics are sometimes deceiving, because they had in mind a few things, such as muscle weighs more than fat. Anywayyyy saw this picture, you'd say I'm thin, normal, overweight, etc. ...?:

What you need something a little muscle tone. go to the gym very difficult for a few months and will be in the most beautiful baby on the block. Well, you are likely. They could be described in first grade.
